The property address
More useful than a description. It tells us the access, the likely surface age for that part of the valley, and whether we are looking at a driveway, a shared drive or a commercial lot.

Call for anything straightforward. For a quote, send the property address and what you want looked at, and we will arrange a time to walk it. Every price we give follows an on-site inspection, because square footage alone does not tell us what the pavement needs.
Before you call
None of this is required, and you can call without any of it. It just shortens the conversation and makes the first answer a useful one rather than a guess.
More useful than a description. It tells us the access, the likely surface age for that part of the valley, and whether we are looking at a driveway, a shared drive or a commercial lot.
Cracking, fading, soft patches, standing water, crumbling edges. You do not need the right terminology; what it looks like is enough for us to know what to bring.
We do both. It changes the questions we ask, because a lot that has to stay open while we work is a different job from a driveway that can be left clear for a day.
A gate, a narrow approach, a vehicle that cannot be moved, delivery windows that cannot be given up. Easier to plan around in advance than to discover on the day.
What happens next
Four steps, in this order, with nothing scheduled until you have the scope in writing.
We look at the pavement with you, on site. Square footage, surface condition, crack footage, drainage and access all change the scope, and none of them can be judged properly from a photograph.
We measure the area and record what we find: what needs filling, what needs patching, what is sound enough to seal, and anything we judge structural rather than a surface problem. You get told which is which.
The work in writing before anything is booked: what is being prepped, what is being filled, how many coats, and what we are deliberately not doing and why. A figure with no scope behind it is not useful to either of us.
Sealer needs a dry surface and an undisturbed cure window. We agree a date that gives it both, and tell you how long the surface has to stay clear before anything drives on it.
Areas served
We cover these communities from the Las Vegas shop. Each page sets out what the pavement in that area tends to need, because the conditions genuinely differ across the valley.
Commercial and industrial pavement carrying trucks and trailers, where loading aprons and turning paths wear long before the parking rows do.
Older close-in asphalt, where the first question is whether a surface is still sound enough for sealing to be worth the spend.
Long driveways on large desert lots, where unconfined edges and where the runoff goes decide how long the work lasts.
HOA and multifamily pavement, phased section by section so residents keep access and emergency routes stay open throughout.
Newer subdivision asphalt, where getting the first-seal timing right matters more than anything else on the job.
